Located in Lower Parel, CIRQA 1960 is a cocktail bar and restaurant designed for slow drinking, deep conversations, and unexpected flavour pairings. Here, the bartenders are storytellers, and each drink is a chapter worth savouring.

A transformative solo trip to Amritsar sparked the creation of Oye Kake in Mumbai, challenging the conventions of commercial, often non-vegetarian North Indian cuisine with home-style flavours.
Joined by his brother Avinash Gupta, the duo expanded into new culinary territories,exploring the Grand Trunk Road at Taftoon, freinventing the cocktail bar experience at CIRQA 1960, and fusing Kerala’s flavours with Bombay’s buzz at KQ.
